At DashPilot, we stand behind the quality of our hardware and want you to be completely thrilled with your display. Our return and warranty policies are outlined below:
1. 30-Day "Love It or Money Back" Return Policy
If you receive your DashPilot and are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy—love it, or get your money back. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition for Refund: Refunds are processed once the product is returned to us and deemed reusable.

Required Items: The return must include the DashPilot device and the charging cord.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
2. 2-Year Hardware Warranty
Your DashPilot is covered by a 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty starting from the date of delivery.

What is covered: Internal hardware failures, screen defects, firmware glitches, and faulty USB ports under normal use.

What is NOT covered: Physical damage caused by dropping the device, water damage, improper installation, modifying the software, or damage caused by extreme environmental conditions.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Email our team at support@dashpilot.com.au with your Order Number and the reason for your return.

If claiming a warranty issue or damage, please include a clear photo or video of the problem so our tech team can assist you.

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it is reusable with the device and charging cord included, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
