Order Processing Time
We aim to get your DashPilot on its way to you as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Australian public holidays.

If we experience an exceptionally high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you directly via email if there is any significant delay with your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that all shipping times provided at checkout are estimates. Delivery windows may vary due to courier volumes, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is typed correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost in Transit: If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us. If the courier officially confirms that the package was lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement for you.

Stolen After Delivery: DashPilot is not responsible for packages that have been marked as successfully "Delivered" by the courier but are reported missing or stolen afterward.

Damaged on Arrival: If your DashPilot arrives damaged, please contact us at support@dashpilot.com.au within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if the damage occurred during shipping.
