These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of replikey.com (the "Site") and your purchase of RepliKey products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

RepliKey is operated by REPLIKEY PTY LTD (ACN 699 049 726 · ABN 93 699 049 726) ("RepliKey", "we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at support@replikey.com.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. The product

RepliKey is a custom-made electronic keychain featuring an animated render of your vehicle, created from photos you provide. Key details:

  • 1.8" AMOLED (OLED) display
  • 350mAh rechargeable battery
  • USB-C charging (cable included)
  • Weighs under 30g

We may improve or update the product over time, so minor specifications and appearance may vary.

3. Orders and custom production

  • When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it — for example, if we can't produce a usable render from your photos, if an item is mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.
  • Each RepliKey is custom-made to your specifications from the photos you provide. Because of this, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy, which explains how returns work for custom items.
  • We'll contact you if we need clarification on your photos or build, which may affect production time. Please keep an eye on your email and Instagram DMs after ordering.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown at checkout in your applicable currency and include any stated options or upgrades (for example paid render styles).
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
  • Payment is handled by our third-party payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Afterpay). By paying, you also agree to the relevant provider's terms. We don't store your full card details.
  • You're responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country (see our Shipping Policy).

5. Your photos and content

When you upload or send us photos, you confirm that:

  • You own the photos, or have permission to use them, and sharing them with us doesn't infringe anyone else's rights (including copyright — for example, professional or third-party photographs used without permission);
  • The content is not unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

You grant us a licence to use the photos you provide solely to produce your order and as described in our Privacy Policy. We may decline to produce any content we reasonably consider unlawful, infringing, or offensive. You're responsible for the content you submit, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you had no right to provide.

6. Intellectual property

The RepliKey name, logo, Site content, designs, and software are owned by REPLIKEY PTY LTD or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Warranty, returns, and your consumer rights

  • Your RepliKey is covered by our warranty and returns terms as set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the Site's operation or security.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment providers and our rendering provider). We're not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will change when we do, and your continued use of the Site or placing of new orders after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
